RESERVATION POLICY
  • All rates listed are in euros (€).
  • Listed rates apply for 4 guests accommodation.
  • For additional guests we charge 100€ per person per night for all caldera view homes, and 50€ per person per night for all other homes.
  • No charge for children less than 3 years.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
  • Check-in time: 3 PM.
  • Check out time: 11 AM.
  • Earlier check-in depends on availability / departure time of previous guests.
PAYMENT
  • wise / online bank link / Credit Card / payment on arrival
  • Contact us by email to send you the reservation form.
CANCELATION POLICY
  • Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days in advance on all 50% deposits.
  • No refund for cancellations within 30 days or no-shows.
  • For special or non-refundable rates and force majeure events, we offer date changes or credit vouchers, but no refunds.
