RESERVATION POLICY
- All rates listed are in euros (€).
- Listed rates apply for 4 guests accommodation.
- For additional guests we charge 100€ per person per night for all caldera view homes, and 50€ per person per night for all other homes.
- No charge for children less than 3 years.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time: 2 PM.
- Check out time: 11 AM.
- Earlier check-in depends on availability / departure time of previous guests.
PAYMENT
- wise / online bank link / Credit Card / payment on arrival
- Contact us by email to send you the reservation form.
CANCELATION POLICY
- Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days in advance on all 50% deposits.
- No refund for cancellations within 30 days or no-shows.
- For special or non-refundable rates and force majeure events, we offer date changes or credit vouchers, but no refunds.
TRANSFER
- Available at extra cost. Rate: €50 for 1-4 people. Additional guests: €10 per person.
- Off hours (12 AM - 7 AM): additional fee of 10€ in total.
BREAKFAST
- Complimentary welcome basket with breakfast essentials provided on arrival.
- Additional items available at extra cost or in local shops.
